A heartfelt thank you to Henry at Ben’s Downtown Tire! ❤️ My two children and I were on a road trip from Canada when our tire suddenly went flat in Buffalo. Another shop wouldn’t repair it, and when I said I had a spare tire in the car, they quoted me $100 plus tax just to install it. Thankfully, we found Ben’s Downtown Tire, where Henry took the time to repair our tire for only $24.95 plus tax. After the repair, I asked Henry how much it would have cost to install my spare tire if needed, and he said only $15 for the labor. The price was so reasonable compared with the other shop 🤣, and I truly appreciated Henry’s honesty and kindness. As a mom traveling with my two children far from home, I was so relieved and grateful. Thank you, Henry, for helping us when we needed it most! We will remember your kindness. ❤️

Cant take my car back because there are just too many things not adding up. Took my car in to have new tires put on few weeks ago (bought tires online), everything went well, I thought. They installed tires, everything seemed to be fine when i picked up the car, but shortly after taking car home I started hearing and feeling a weird clunk/pop from my left front when stopping. I work from home so i dont drive a lot, so its very odd to all of a sudden start experiencing this clunk/pop when stopping, wasnt happening before i had the tires installed. (Yes, I know installing tires shouldnt have anything to do with brakes) Took the car in 2 weeks later to have them take a look, it was the soonest i could make time to get back in. Asked them to take a look and explained what i was experiencing. They say bring it in at 1pm so I do. Pull in to the TIRE LOT (Bens Downtown Tire), go to park my car, broken glass in the lot! Looked like a beer bottle was broken and owners probably didnt see it, im guessing. Doesnt look like I ran over glass but I came close. I go in and tell lady at desk about the glass and she says there was a car accident few days ago, so i say, well it looks like a broken

Our rental had a flat on the way to the US. Called Ben, he took us in immediately, patched our flat. Excellent service. We weren’t there more than 20 minutes.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. I've been utilizing their services for years and you won't find a nicer group of people. Their work is spectacular and they don't nickel and dome you, only charge a reasonable price for the services they perform.

Love this place! My grandfather went here, introduced my mom to them, who then introduced me to them. They are some of the kindest, honest, and upfront mechanics you'll come across with fair prices. They don't try to overcharge or anything like that. They'll take great care of your vehicle and have you out driving in no time!
